Updating your Know Your Customer (KYC) information is crucial for continued access to our services and compliance with Kuwaiti regulations. You can update your KYC details by visiting one of our branches or using our mobile app. Below are the steps to update your KYC via the mobile app or in-branch.
Option 1: Update KYC via Mobile App
Follow these steps to update your KYC information through our mobile app:

Log In: Open the mobile app and sign in with your registered credentials.

Go to Profile: Navigate to your user profile from the main menu.

Edit Profile: Select “Edit Profile” or “Update Profile.”

Update KYC: Enter your updated KYC details,source of income, monthly income, monthly transaction count, and monthly transaction value.

Submit: Review your information for accuracy and submit for verification.
Option 2: Update KYC at a Branch
To update your KYC in person, visit one of our branches with the following steps:

Locate a Branch: Find the nearest branch via our website or customer support.

Bring Documents: Carry your original Civil ID,and details of your source of income, monthly and yearly income, monthly and yearly transaction count, and monthly and yearly transaction value.

Fill Out Form: Request a KYC update form from a representative and complete it with your updated details.

Submit: Hand over the form and documents. The representative will verify originals and keep copies.

Receive Confirmation: You’ll get a receipt, and verification will be confirmed within a few business days.
